For me personally, I get myself a few big purchases throughout the year so I can budget it into my life instead of doing all my spending all at once. It is also a little difficult for me since Christmas and my birthday in January are fairly close many people tend to lump it together so when I see fragrances launch in December I buy myself that for Christmas and any makeup or skincare launches that happen in January are my Birthday gift and I have an eye on one of each for my birthday in 2024. It will be more on the modest side because I spent $395.00 on the Sephora app for the new Tom Ford Vanilla Sex Eau de Parfum. I find fragrance to a very personal preference and I know I have reviewed other fragrances for you in the past and have said the same thing. I own a lot of different fragrances and I fell for Tom Ford in Summer of 2022 with Tom Ford Rose Prick Eau de Parfum, so I jumped at the chance to buy Vanilla Sex. The name is catchy, but I read the notes, and I wanted something that was sweet but not too sweet, and since this is unisex, I thought it would meet all my criteria and I like Vanilla a vanilla scent. This fragrance has outperformed my expectations, and the bottle is a stunner. Here is my quick review after using it for a few days and the notes I took after wearing it.

The scent is perfection that lingers all day!

The Tom Ford Vanilla Sex perfume ignites sparks of pure joy. It smells wonderful. The warm vanilla with sandalwood brings a soft yet long-lasting scent. I sprayed this at 6AM, and I could still smell it at 6 pm. I got so many compliments over a few day period, and both men and women wanted to buy it for themselves. Dior Backstage Glow Face Pallete

Hello to all of you amazing Beauty Bag Dolls! I am bringing you a quick review of my recent purchase of the Dior Backstage Glow Face Pallete. I have been using this everyday since I bought it on the Sephora website. I know a lot of you are looking for holiday gifts right now and  this one is one to gift and to get. I have no regrets purching this for myself and I placed another order this week to gift 2 of these to close friends.

e.l.f. Power Grip Primer

Beauty Bag Dolls I have been busy with life but I have been trying a lot of different products to review for all of you. I have been going to Ulta and Sephora a lot to buy my Beauty products and while I was not open to a new primer for a very long time because I am obsessed with my  Ilia Beauty primer I got very interested in the e.l.f. Power Grip Primer and the mini section is always my favorite place to try new things because it's low commitment. This is a brush from Eco Tools you need. The Blurring Powder Brush is what I reach for when I am using a setting powder or a pressed foundation and I am looking for a more natural finish. The brush is soft and lays down a great amount of product. It also washes well if you clean it weekly. Highly recommend this brush.

I am very wowed by this Precision Concealer brush from Eco Tools. I use it to help hide my blemishes with concealer and a high-quality brush makes all the difference in laying down an even amout of concealer. This brush help to tap it in and blends it out beautifully. The Eco Tools brand has the best brushes.

The best duo out there! I have just what I need in this set. The brush is great and lets me apply my liquid or powder foundation with ease never leaving the weird brush stroke lines other brushes do and the blender helps to keep the application even and longwear. My makeup looks perfect and performs better when I use this high-quality duo from EcoTools. 

This Eco Tools Silicone Body Scrubber is something you don't know you need until after you use it. The Silicone Body Scrubber is gentle yet effective at exfoliating your skin leaving it soft and smooth not stripped or dry. I am loving this It Cosmetics Confidence in a Gel Cream Oil Control moisturizer. It has brought hydration to my  combination (more oily)prone acne prone skin. While my skin is oily it does lack moisture and finding a moisturizer has been difficult until I started using this moisturizer. It has balanced and plumped my skin without one single breakout. My skin is soft and supple and I recommend this to anyone with combination, oily or acne prone skin types. It also helps with the fine lines which is an absolute need and something I never experienced before. It Cosmetics is superior skincare!

The HIDE Hydro Foam Enzyme Cleanser is gel based high for me is preferred since I have acne prone skin. It has a great lather and in the AM it really is gentle and left my skin feeling very soft. For my PM routine it of course was gentle but it was also very effective at breaking down makeup and oils off of my skin after a long day. My skin just feels so nice and soft with HIDE's cleanser, it is just what I want not dry and tight like with other cleansers. Next is a step that a lot of us may skip I never skip toner, for me with a combination skin type that leans toward an oily skin type more days than not, toner is a non-negotiable for me and HIDE has made it so easy and effective because you get 50 Bright Swipe Exfoliating Toning Pads that are gentle I mean very gentle. I usually have that this is going to burn moment with toner but not this one. I jut swiped it across your face and there is no tingle or Sting. My face is just left feeling so good and it's bright and exfoliates. My oily T-Zone is balanced. My skin is prepped and ready to absorb serum and moisturizer. Hide has knocked these two steps out of the park. I man I have never used a toner in my AM skincare routine until HIDE. I am so Happy that I can finally have a cleanser and toner that I can use twice daily from HIDE that is so good for my skin type.
