Hi Again Beauty Bag Fans! I am just so happy to be back on again and to have so much to share that I will share with you one more find and I promise I will be brief. I have found a wonderful nail polish for all of you out there who don’t care for the gel manicure or the at home gel systems.  I bought this one afternoon after work. I had to be somewhere in less than a half hour and my nails were done and I had no time. I bought this bottle on a whim and literally applied it in my car waited a few minutes did a second coat a then me and my perfectly polished nails were ready! I was so happy!! No undercoat no top coat! I could not believe my eyes when three days later they still looked GREAT!

I purchased it in the number 85 Minted and I had no REGRETS! It lasted a total of 5 days before and chipping and fading but for no over or under coat I say that is a huge SCORE! I tested it later with an over and undercoat and it lasted about 8 days! However I give REVLONS NAIL ENAMEL A 5 $$$$$  on VALUE, QUILTY AND EFEECTIVENESS!! I LOVE THIS POLISH it IS MUCH BETTER THEN OTHERS I’VE POSTED ABOUT! It only costs $5 a bottle and it is money WELL SPENT! Keep it in your BEAUTY BAG you never know when you will need it! CoverGirl Exact EyeLights Eye Brightening Shadow Pallet

Hello Beauty Bag Readers! I must say it been a while for me I know but I have been busy buying and testing! I wanted to wait until I knew for sure that this next product I brought you was not some type of one time its great but the next time its not! Well its GREAT! For years I have purchased high end eye shadows because of one bad experience with a drugstore brand but last week I was at the drugstore cruising through the makeup aisle and I got tempted really tempted.

Suffices to say temptation got me and I purchased CoverGirls Exact Eyelights eye  brightening shadow pallet in 710 Radiant Blue for blue eyes. I got it home and immediately began to apply it. I was so shocked at how smooth and silky it felt on my eye lid. It did not tug and pull as I remembered drugstore cosmetics did all those years ago. On the back of the packaging they even included instructions to help you out. I found it very nice that all the brushes you need were also include which was such a bonus! I was shocked but it passed my ultimate test by NOT  actually IRRIATING my eye!

I think that I still need to play with other colors but COVERGIRL EXACT EYELIGHTS GETS A 4 $$$$ from me for VALUE AND QUILITY! I would defiantly buy a few to get your eye shadow look just right its what I did and I have been wearing it since and have received several  compliments. Its springtime everyone and this is the perfect inexpensive way to update your look. People will notice! HAPPY SPRING!

Hello Everyone!
I know its long over due but I have been busy and when I say busy I mean busy I just finished ordering over $125.00 worth of beauty products and well they will get here Monday and I will start testing them all.

Now I know I haven’t been writing but believe me I have been testing and the latest thing I have tested is a product most people don’t think about its there toothpaste. I love having pearly whites. White teeth are a big thing and they make you look and feel great about a smile. If your like me and your not a huge fan of teeth whitening or you do it once in a while due to sensitive( THAT’S ME) then you MUST TRY Colgate Optic White Toothpaste.

This stuff is awesome, I swear! I whitened my teeth at then end of 2012 and started not to like what I was seeing at the beginning of this month so I grabbed the Colgate Optic White Toothpaste along with my usual at the grocery store a few weeks ago and within three days my teeth look like the day I got them whitened. NO OTHER WHITENING TOOTHPASTE gave me such a great result! Pre-Spring Cleaning Alert

Hi Everyone!

 It's about that time to go through all your products and trash the ones that have been sitting there collecting dust! Check expiration dates and get rid of it because if it's done you don't want to put it on your skin...or maybe your skincare is shifting from the changing seasons and you need some re-adjusting! I hope you take my advice and CLEAN OUT THAT BEAUTY BAG! See my other posts for suggestion of what to replace your old stuff with! HAPPY PRE-SPRING CLEANING!

Sally Hansen Color Quick

Hello To All of My Wonderful and Supportive What’s Inside Your Beauty Bag Readers!

I have been asked by some of you to test the Sally Hansen Color Quick Fast Dry Color Pens. These are nail polishes that are sold everywhere in several colors. I took your questions and hit the drug store and bought six of them. I could just stop after one because they seemed like something that was so easy and convenient. They had several colors to choose from and at around $7.99 each it seemed like a bargain compared to getting a manicure at the salon. I got home threw a few in my purse and then opened the Purple Chrome Color. It took a few clicks to get the polish going but other than that it seemed like smooth sailing. When on with ease dried in a few minutes. I did apply an under and top coat as recommended. I went on about my day as usual. However after just about 5 hours I noticed it was fading then by the next morning it had faded to a very light color of purple chrome and there were some chips in the polish.

 Nonetheless, I decided to remove it. I then went to work that morning with three of the pens in my purse so during a break I decided to paint my nails again. This my dear readers is a fun and even convenient nail product to have. However, after  polishing my nails on my break by the time I got home the same fading and chipping had occurred.

 The SALLY HANSEN COLOR QUICK FAST DRY NAIL COLOR PEN GETS A 2 $$ FOR IT DOES EXACTLY WHAT THE NAME OF THE PEN IS. IT IS FAST EASY AND CONVIENTENT HOWEVER THE COLOR FADES QUICK & IS NOT WORTH THE $8.00 YOU SPEND. IT IS ONLY GOOD IF YOU NEED A FEW HOUR NAIL COLOR AND YOU DON’T MIND DAILY REMOVER AND REAPPLING THE POLISH. IT IS GOOD IF YOU TEND TO GO FOR MATCHING YOUR NAILS TO YOUR CLOTHES BUT FOR ME I NEED SOMETHING THAT WILL LAST A LEAST A FEW DAYS!

My final note is maybe buy one or two and keep them in your bag for a quick manicure if you got invited to  a party or have something to do and you literally only have 5 minutes to do your nails. TRESemme Split Remedy Split End Sealing Serum

Well after about two and half weeks of testing this newest product I feel comfortable enough to share my thoughts. I have been testing TRESemme Split Remedy Split End Sealing Serum and I am using it on towel dried hair before I blow dry it. I never seem to use that matching shampoo and conditioner because I personally don’t find it necessary. I am also using this product every other day in combination with the Renpure deep treatment oil (see previous blog below for more information). I am IN LOVE with this serum. I don’t have any bad damage to my hair however, I see this as a preventative  product to use.

Must Have!

 If you have a few split ends here and there or if you have very damaged hair this stuff really does work. I saw a immediate difference in the feel and shine to my hair and over time after about 5 uses I saw a real difference, the few split end I did have were virtually gone. I mean the TRESemme Split Remedy Splint End Sealing Serum sealed them up. My hair looks and feels perfect. The texture of the serum is not runny like most it is not to thick its very luxurious. I suggest starting with one pump for medium length hair and one and half pump for long hair like mine. Shorter length hair should start with half a pump and see from there.

Pixi Flawless Beauty Primer

Well everyone I have a product to tell you about that I tested that really SCREWED me over. It’s the Pixi Flawless Beauty Primer. I will not talk around it or hide my feelings about this Pixi Primer at all. It is DREADFUL! I used it over a week ago and because what it did to my skin stopped me from testing any other product. I put on the Pixi Primer as  directed and at first it seemed alright it was not until later in the evening that it had began to irritate my skin and make me have a slightly swollen eyelid. For me that is more than enough for me to say that PIXI FLAWLESS BEAUTY PRIMER GET A 1 $. I know everyone is different and your skin may not react the way mine did. I cannot in good conscious tell my readers to buy this product. It would be a waste and a DANGER to spend $30 of your money to place this in your beauty bag to use. I wanted to warn all of you.

I love Saturdays for many reasons, not only do I shop for new products but I like to test or finish up my testing of products that I have bought and tried throughout the past few weeks. Right now I am going to tell you about the Boscia Black Mask. This is a mask is mineral rich that peels off VERY easily after it dries but it delivers purifying and detoxifying results. It feels so rich and smooth while applying and after drying for about 20 minutes. When you peel it off you will be SHOCKED at what it finds that your cleansers and exfoliations left behind! I use it twice a week for the first three weeks then after I have been using it once a week and boy has my faced reaped the benefits! It is bright, clean and healthy. It has shrunk my pores and I swear my skin is firmer.

Burts Bees Radiance Exfoliating Body Wash

Hey Everyone!

I have been busy testing so many products in the past few weeks but do not worry I have found one defiantly worth mentioning! This one is from Burts Bees . It is  called Burts Bee’s Radiance Exfoliating Body Wash! This stuff is AMAZING it is 99.2% natural and will not dry out your skin. You will want to use every single day and you probably could because it makes your skin feel so clean and fresh. It has a very light scent that does not over power in anyway. It feels very creamy and is GENTLE. I use it at least three or four times a week. It works on you feet and I recommend using it for sure if you are going to be applying any type of sunless tanner. I can’t say enough about it and honestly you have to try it out for yourself.
