This is a four step routine that I personally did each night. I chose to do this once a day and you can do it twice but for me personally and for my acne which only occurs on my chin and jaw line I felt that once a day each night would be good for me (I also like to do my anti-aging routine in the morning since, acne treatments tend to dry my face). I did use this Rodan + Fields Unblemished Regimen on my entire face each night to prevent those occasional pimples from popping up on different places on my face and it is so effective, it truly is like nothing else I have ever used, it is skin changing and for me life changing because I had grown truly frustrated with my acne and just learned to live with it and cover it the best I could with my favorite cosmetic's however while they did a decent job I knew the acne was there and at times it is painful to have so when this came into my life and worked I was beyond thrilled! Four simple steps that are easy to follow like any other skincare routine are as follows:

*Acne Treatment Sulfur- Just massage it onto your face and rinse. This is a simple step and the cleanser is creamy and effective in removing left over makeup that your makeup remover may have missed.

*Clarifying Toner- Truly I love this because I know it brightens my skin and helps lighten the acne scars. It too removes makeup left in my pores.

*Dual Intensive Acne Treatment - This is really different than anything I have ever used because it is dual pump. You pump a little from each mix it together and apply it on. It didn't sting or burn which was a relief to me because other acne treatments usually hurt me so bad. This did not!

*Oil Control Lotion SPF 20-I used this each morning before going out in the sun and I love that it was lightweight and not greasy. Always use your SPF no matter what but when on an acne regime it is truly important!
