The L'Oréal Micellar Cleansing Water is powered by micelle molecules that cluster together to surround and lift away impurities and makeup with no rinsing or harsh rubbing. I am so happy because this is as easy as using a makeup wipe. I grabbed a cotton pad squeezed a little bit of this onto and glided it all over my face and off came the foundation, mascara, eye shadow, blush and lip stain. I never had to tug, pull and rub my skin even my eye liner came off and it didn't irate my eyes. On a day that I didn't wear any makeup I used this at the end of the day and it got off all of the dirt and grime without leaving my skin feeling tight or dry. In fact my face was less oily if that makes sense to you. I usually have that slick yuck feeling that makes me want to cleanse again usually but not with the L'Oréal Micellar Cleansing Water this was very gentle and effective which for me gives it a 5 $$$$$ and it a beauty bag must have without a doubt!
