When I hop into the shower I grab the John Frieda Frizz Ease Daily Nourishment Moisturizing Shampoo and on my wet hair I use about a quarter size amount (my hair is long) you will immediately notice the shampoo smells amazing and cleans your hair well. The formula has essential nutrients and silk protein. When you follow it up with the Frizz Ease  Daily Nourishment Moisturizing Conditioner, you will notice it smells great and helps moisturize your hair and already help tame frizz it is made with the same nutrient and silk proteins as the shampoo
