The just launched the Ilia Sun Serum Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 with 8 Hour Oil Control. I have had the privilege of trying this out thanks to PINCHme and Ilia Beauty for sending it out to me to try out for a few weeks before leaving my review for both Ilia and Sephora. It retails for $ 40.00 and is clean at Sephora.

Ilia made the perfect sunscreen. As an oily skin woman finding a sunscreen that doesn't look and feel greasy is difficult until now. The serum texture that this has is lightweight and absorbs into my skin like skincare. The tint is beautiful and this leaves no whitecast. It can be worn alone because of the beautiful glow it leaves or under makeup. I am in awe with this formula and the performance. Ilia you have made sunscreen a dream.

Davines LOVE Smoothing Heat Protectant Serum

Happy May to all my Beauty Bag Doll's! I know we are several days into my busiest month but I have been very busy testing several products for all of you. The lastest is the Davines LOVE Smoothing Heat Protectant Serum that was gifted by Davines via Skeepers. It is sold at Sephora and costs $33.00. I have not personally stopped using it. I was required to of course test it for several days before reviewing it on Sephora.com and I did so. This coming week will have another review so stay tuned here and on my Instagram and TikTok. This is an absolute game changer for my haircare routine. It is hydrating my hair without leaving it feeling greasy or heavy. My hair drank it in and felt so soft and smooth. It controlled frizz well and protects my hair from heat styling. I also love the way this smells. I highly recommend this to everyone.

Bobbi Brown Luxe Cashmere Matte Lipstick

Happy August, Beauty Bag Dolls! Yes, I am a little late with my first post of the month, but I have been very busy, and I am sorry for my delayed posts. I have been trying out a few different products, and one of them is this brand new launch from Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. On August 1st the brand launched a new lipstick called Luxe Cashmere Matte Lipstick and I was shopping for a replacement of their color corrector however it was out of stock so I hesitated and then latter that week I was lucky to receive the Bobbi Brown Luxe Cashmere Matte Lipstick from Topbox Marketing and Bobbi Brown in exchange for my honest review. This truly made my day because I was coming off a very busy and stressful few weeks. I am very impressed by this Lipstick because this formula is phenomenal and I posted my full review on my Instagram and TikTok so please check it out and give me a follow over there.

Haus Labs Triclone Skin Tech Hydrating + De-Puffing Concealer

 Happy July Beauty Bag Doll's! I hope you enjoyed your 4th of July and your weekend! I recently did my 3rd restock on my favorite foundation which if you read my previous posts is the Haus Labs Triclone Skin Tech Foundation. That has been my go to Foundation since I tried it but at Sephora recently I knew I wanted to try the Haus Labs Triclone Skin Tech Hydrating + De-Puffing Concealer. After a few minutes of shade comparing I decided on shade 11 Light Neutral. It was the perfect choice because after getting it home and using it the next day with the foundation everything came together perfectly. 

The best new concealer I have added to my makeup bag. Oh and that applicator is everything!

The Haus Labs Triclone Skin Tech Hydrating + De-Puffing Concealer is doing something that other concealers just don't. It is very creamy and it is not heavy. I place under my eyes and it melts into my skin. It is not a dry formula and doesn't settle into any fine lines. I prefer to blend it out with a brush. For me this concealer helps to brighten my under eye are for a few hours while Hydrating the under eyes. I have been reaching for only this Concealer for the past month that I have used it. This to me is a must have Concealer. It costs $32.00 but is worth so much more because it is a Concealer you cannot even feel it's on.

Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24 Hour Longwear Matte Foundation

 Beauty Bag Dolls I am back again after what feels like a whirlwind month of February. It has gone quickly and I have been teasing you about this foundation review since my Birthday month. I did purchase this for my Birthday but I did not start using it until the end of last month because my new goals this year is to have one of my current foundations that is in my rotation. Since I recently finished one I gave the new to me Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24 Hour Longwear Matte Foundation a try. Now this is a foundation that has been out for a while now and I do love the complimentary concealer to it which I have used and repurchased many times my full reviewis here. I got interested in this foundation for a few reasons. The first one is that I have a combination skin and this is a matte foundation and the second is that it has SPF 25 so I always like to take the added sun protection. Now I am also thinking spring and summer so a matte foundation for me is non- negotiable for my combination more oily prone skin type. I am also going to look for a matte primer so stay tuned for that. I purchased the Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24 Hour Longwear Matte Foundation in shade 235N for $53.00 on Sephora.com. Read on for my thoughts.

This is a superior foundation. Lancome made the best foundation for my combination skin type. It is full coverage and hides any imperfections you want hidden. It sets fairly quickly. I tried to  apply it with a brush and beauty blender.  It is best applied with a brush and pressed into the skin with a damp blender. I found that with that application method, you will have a flawless face. This foundation has SPF 25 in it, which is an absolute bonus. I highly recommend this foundation to anyone looking for a Matte Foundation that wears for my 16 hour day's. I love it.

Drunk Elephant Bora Barrier Repair Cream

Happy Saturday Beauty Bag Dolls! I am thrilled to report that Drunk Elephant has done it again. They have hooked me on another moisturizer. I am a big fan and user of their Protini Moisturizer and I was looking for something more recently and I thought there is no better time to spoil myself then for my Birthday and I started to use this the day after my birthday so after a few weeks of trying this out I now have my review for all of you. I also will be starting a new foundation in the coming days so look out for a review on that sometime soon. I have to finish up my current Huda Beauty Easy Blur Foundation which is almost empty. I have found that this year I refuse to start a new foundation unless I have emptied one. This has become very useful for me since I go between 3 or 4 foundations in my rotation. Now back to this Drunk Elephant Bora Barrier Repair Cream. It retails for $70.00 at Sephora and for me it is worth it.

This is a must have!!

My combination skin tye has been very happy since adding this product into my routine. It has been very cold here on the East Coast so every night during my night skincare routine I use the Drunk Elephant Bora Barrier Repair Cream and it has given my skin the long lasting hydration it promises. I have had no dry flakes patches on my skin that your foundation clings to in that weird way ( if you know you know) My skin has this bounce and plumpness to it. This has no scent and just feels so luxurious on the skin and on very dry skin days you can add a pump of the Drunk Elephant F-Balm like I do at least 2 or 3 times a week when the weather outside includes a wind chill factor. For me this is worth every dollar spent and I will be repuchasing it for the foreseeable future like many other Drunk Elephant products.

Dior Addict Lip Glow

 Aloha Beauty Bag Dolls! I hope all of you are doing great! I greet you with Aloha because I am thinking warm thoughts because as I write this the east coast is getting a lot of snow and bitter cold so warm beaches are in my thoughts right about now. So my Birthday was last week and several of my Sephora purchases arrived the day before and a few arrived in the days after. I am still testing out a new moisturizer and I got myself a new foundation. While those two products are still in the process of being tested I can already tell you my lip product addiction ( as well as foundation) is real but the Dior Addict Lip Glow is just what I needed. This is a $40 Colour Reviving PH- Activated Hydrating Lip Balm. While I love the YSL Candy Glaze Lip Gloss Stick the Dior Addict Lip Glow is different. I am such a big fan that I did go and write a review on Sephora.com so I will share that below. I also did redeem my Birthday gift from Sephora and did decide to get the Makeup By Mario Lip Kit which I also highly recommend and will purchase full size products. Read on my for my review:

The formula is perfection and the Shade is gorgeous!

The packaging is luxurious.

This is a beautiful lip glow just as Dior named it. The shade 007 Raspberry is just perfect. It gives your lips a subtle yet vibrant color because it is PH- Activated to give you your perfect shade. It is a soft, smooth texture that leaves your lips very hydrated. There is no need to constantly reapply  because your lips will feel moisturized for a few hours before needing to reapply. I am a Dior Addict Lip Glow lover. I highly recommend  this to everyone.

A New Year A New You

 Hello Beauty Bag Dolls and Happy New Year!! 2025 is really here and I know it's been 6 day's into it, my life since the holidays has not slowed down one bit. As many of you know it is a short window from Christmas to New Year to my Birthday in just mere day's so between getting together with friends and family while balancing work and play I don't have much time to breathe and it's my Birthday boom I a year wiser. With all that being said I just want update you on the upcoming month of blog/Instagram/ Twitter/TikTok posts you have to look forward to.

I have been taking these last few days before my birthday week and decluttering my skincare, haircare and makeup products that no longer serve me. I started with haircare and I must admit I have only been reaching between two brands one is Ouai and the second is Amika. I have been obsessed with haircare and lipcare products these past two months. As a matter a fact I have a Sephora cart right now with one new haircare product I have been eying and a lip product. To top it off the Birthday gift Sephora is offering is just awesome. It is one haircare product from Amika and a Makeup by Mario lip kit that has caught my attention. Leaning hard towards the lip kit because I already own and use all three pieces of the Amika Birthday kit in fact its a product I will repurchase this week. It's called the Kure from Amika I highly recommend it.

I remember when I was obsessed with foundation and concealer. As of now I cut multiple foundations and concealers that did me no favors and I am sticking with Huda Beauty Easy Blur Foundation and Dior Concealer. The Huda Beauty foundation is fairly new but by late February I will be purchasing my third and the Dior Concealer is my absolute favorite for so long I have gone through countless tubes. Just repurchased a fresh one in December. I will be working on my skincare decluttering this week before I checkout on Sephora.com with my Birthday gifts to myself...stay tuned for reviews and social media unboxing. 

For me the new year is all about resetting and refreshing but it also mean my birthday is almost here and I want to treat myself to something nice. I am just talking my time this year and making wise choices and not rushing to check out just to have my goodies here for my birthday. I like to view it as my birthday month. The It Cosmetics CC+ Cream Natural Matte Foundation w/ SPF 40 is everything you need in a Foundation. I apply two pumps and it is enough product for my face and neck. The coverage is full and it blends out beautifully. It covers my imperfections and did not settle in fine lines. I have oily skin and this did not need a touch up after just a few hours in fact it looked great after a 14 hour day. It never settled in my pores and is just a great foundation.The SPF factor is another plus and I am very pleased to have a Matte Foundation that didn't dry my skin out. I recommend this to everyone who wants a full coverage Foundation that has flawless coverage.

The Laura Mercier Real Flawless Weightless Perfecting Concealer is like nothing else! It is so lightweight yet is full coverage in my opinion. My dark circles disappeared and I apply to my blemishes and they are completely hidden. This never looked cakey and felt like skincare instead of Concealer. I also noticed my under eye was brightened and it never creased it stayed smooth from the 5 AM application until the 8 PM removal. This is my one and only Concealer because it's the best, I highly recommend it and will repurchase.

I find fragrance to a very personal preference and I know I have reviewed other fragrances for you in the past and have said the same thing. I own a lot of different fragrances and I fell for Tom Ford in Summer of 2022 with Tom Ford Rose Prick Eau de Parfum, so I jumped at the chance to buy Vanilla Sex. The name is catchy, but I read the notes, and I wanted something that was sweet but not too sweet, and since this is unisex, I thought it would meet all my criteria and I like Vanilla a vanilla scent. This fragrance has outperformed my expectations, and the bottle is a stunner. Here is my quick review after using it for a few days and the notes I took after wearing it.

The scent is perfection that lingers all day!

The Tom Ford Vanilla Sex perfume ignites sparks of pure joy. It smells wonderful. The warm vanilla with sandalwood brings a soft yet long-lasting scent. I sprayed this at 6AM, and I could still smell it at 6 pm. I got so many compliments over a few day period, and both men and women wanted to buy it for themselves.
