When I hop into the shower I grab the John Frieda Frizz Ease Daily Nourishment Moisturizing Shampoo and on my wet hair I use about a quarter size amount (my hair is long) you will immediately notice the shampoo smells amazing and cleans your hair well. The formula has essential nutrients and silk protein. When you follow it up with the Frizz Ease  Daily Nourishment Moisturizing Conditioner, you will notice it smells great and helps moisturize your hair and already help tame frizz it is made with the same nutrient and silk proteins as the shampoo which makes me wonder what is really different about it. For me what makes this system truly work is the next two steps. After rinsing your conditioner out well and on soaking wet hair you apply the John Frieda Extra Strength Six Effect Serum which is the highest concentration of frizz fighters tame and smooth the toughest, coarsest hair. This serum instantly eliminates chronic frizz and repels humidity for glossy, silky-smooth styles. A high-potency blend of silicones infused with Algae extract and Silk protein. My hair loves this step and it drinks it in but the last step to seals the deal it is the Frizz Ease Daily Nourishment Leave-In Conditioner on towel dried hair spray the leave in conditioner liberally and I comb it through. The formula is a  high-potency infusion of vitamins, proteins and supplemental moisture, leave-in treatment nourishes and detangles dry, damaged strands to help hair resist breakage and feel silky-smooth.
