When I get ready in the Morning I am not shy about using a face mask while doing my hair and since 4 sheet masks from Midflower were included in The Naked Beauty Box the decision was which one do I try first. After looking at them all and knowing how my skin has been I went for the Midflower Binchotan Charcoal Clarifying Black Mask. This was a great mask that didn't slip off my face once I set it on it stayed on for the 30 minutes. I even did my hair and I had no issues. When I removed the mask my skin looked so clean and my pores were much smaller. I knew this brand would be my newest obsession. Burt's Bees Masks

If there is anything I love more than lip balm and nail care than it has to be a good face mask. I have been doing a face mask everyday since forever because they are great for my skin and very relaxing and the latest love of mine are those from Burt's Bees. They have an amazing Detoxifying Clay mask and a wide variety of single use sheet masks. Todays review I will dive into the Burt's Bees Detoxifying Clay Mask so please read on.

The Burt's Bees Detoxifying Clay Mask is just what my oily acne prone skin needs. This mask is in my opinion so much better than most out there that have left my skin in pain after using. This one is gentle yet effect at lifting away impurities with charcoal. while still nourishing my skin and being 99% natural. It removes dirt, oil and toxins which makes this oily skin girl really happy. I would apply this evenly all over my face wait about 15 minutes for it to dry and it dries down in that time period no waiting around forever. I decided to remove it with a reusable makeup cloth and warm water and it comes right off very easily no tugging or scrubbing. When I was done and dried my face I looked in the mirror and I immediately noticed my pores were shrunk which made me happy. My face was soft and didn't feel or look oily and I have a nice even complexion. I was also happy that my skin was left looking and feeling matte. I am beginning to use this mask more in the morning before makeup application because of the mattifying effect makes it so nice and easy to apply my makeup. The other mask available are sheet masks. There are several ones and the ones I have are Burt's Bees Hydrating Sheet Mask with Watermelon, With Clary Sage and a Renewing Biocellulose gel mask with Rose and Algae Extract. I love all three of these for different reasons and the one I reached for first was the Watermelon because it was hydrating and that is what my skin needed after being in the sun for most of that day. This was a quick 5 minute mask that was both hydrating and cooling. I went on to try out the renewing biocellulose gel mask which helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles which was another very comfortable mask to wear for only 10 minutes. My face felts soft and smooth after using this mask and finally on another evening I used the hydrating with Clary sage mask on a day my skin was feeling extremely dry which is at least once a week and for me that's a big thing because my skin is always oily. This gave my skin just the right balance of hydration and moisturizer without making my skin greasy. I love the Burt's Bees sheet masks, and with that they get 5 $$$$$ and EXTRA LOVE FROM ANNA!

Afterspa- Body Care

Hello to all of my Beauty Bag Dolls! As I mentioned in my post of the Afterspa face care I would have another in depth review of their awesome body care products and they are truly amazing. You will reach for this every time because it glides over your back easily and help you get your back nice and exfoliated with ease.  This stretches' right over and glides across your back with your favorite body wash going to work to reveal a soft and exfoliated back. I absolute adore this and it just hangs up to dry after rinsing with water. The next awesome product is what I use on my hair after getting out of the shower. The Afterspa Hair Towel is absolute perfection and the best hand free lightweight drying hair towel you will have on your head. I can put on right out of the shower and go on with apply body butter and dressing without it ever falling off my head or feeling like its there. I keep in around 30 minutes before beginning to dry and style and since starting to use the Afterspa Hair Towel my hair has been less frizzy and I have cut back on heat drying significantly. Finally, I am excited to share with you the Afterspa Detox Massage Brush. This is something I did not know I needed until I tried it. This is a great product that not only helps exfoliate intensely but it helps to improve blood flow and eliminate toxins. I love to this about twice a week because for me it truly makes me feel like I was at the spa! Then I don't need any lip balm until after lunch time and then maybe around four hours after that and then again before bed. Afterspa-Face Care

I am so happy and just buzzing with joy to share with all of you some amazing products from a brand named Afterspa. The product I have for you today all focus on face care and I will have another review for you in the coming days focusing on their amazing body care products. However right now I will review for you the Afterspa Charcoal Konjac Sponge, Facial Scrubber, Amazing Makeup Remover and Mini Jade Facial Roller. Each of these Afterspa products have played an important roll in my AM and PM skincare routine for the better do read on to learn more about my newest beauty bag must haves.

The Afterspa Charcoal Konjac Sponge is how I start my day. I grab my favorite cleanser wet the Apfterspa Charcoal Konjac Sponge and just massage it over my face. The Charcoal Konjac Sponge does and amazing job at cleansing my skin and detoxifying it. For me it invigorates my skin and gets it ready for the day ahead and prepped for my makeup application. When I am done I rinse it clean to get the suds off of it and let it air dry. Do remember to replace your Konjac every 60 days as recommended by Afterspa. After I use the Charcoal Konjac Sponge and dry my face I love to apply my serums, moisturizers and treatments but right before SPF and makeup I now grab the Afterspa Mini Jade Facial Roller to use around my eye area. this little guy is perfection because it fits right into my under eye area and glides around the eye area perfectly and delicately to depuff. I adore it and my favorite place to keep it is in the fridge for extra cooling and depuffing each morning. Keep in mind the Afterspa Mini Jade Facial Roller is the perfect size to pack and take with you on your summer travels as well. I just adore these two products so much and now you must read on to learn about my PM Afterspa face care routine.

Now as far as my PM skincare routine that has changed for the absolute better. I used to come home and grab makeup wipes and cleanser to get off all of the water proof long wear makeup off but now with the Afterspa Amazing Makeup Remover which is this cute pink towel or so you think it is. The instructions on this is to wash in the washing machine before its first use and then after that you can reuse it and wash it over and over again. It will wipe away all makeup with just water. Yes just water! this was just amazing. I would come home after a long day run this pink cloth under warm water and just rub it over my face and in just seconds everything was gone from mascara to foundation my face was clean and the makeup was on the Afterspa Amazing Makeup Remover. That night I would toss it in the washing machine and it would be ready for the next evening to cleanse my face with it. I just could not get over at how amazing it is at taking off all my makeup yet so gentle my skin never felt dry or stripped like with harsh makeup wipes and cleansers. Next I would use the Afterspa Facial Scrubber. This is something I reach for around 2 or 3 times a week in the evening to really exfoliate my face and neck. I would wet my skin and the Afterspa Facial Scrubber use my favorite cleanser and just massage this around my face and neck to get a good exfoliation. This not harsh and you control the pressure and how long you do this for so you know your skin's sensitivity level. For me this is the most gentle exfoliation I have experienced since I am in full control and I love it.

Sweet Lavender Morning Lip Scrub

Its always a nice day when you come home from a long day and a package is sitting in your mailbox from Sweet Lavender Morning. When I opened the box I was so excited to see that 3 awesome lip scrubs were inside. The flavors were awesome too. Included was Lavender and Vanilla, Sparkling Mint Mojito and Cherry Almond. I am in love with Sweet Lavender Morning Lip Scrubs and will never be without them. 

The decision I face after opening the box was which flavor to try and it was one I thought about for a few seconds and then was like it has to be the Sweet Lavender Morning Lavender and Vanilla. The ingredient deck for all three flavors is Cane Sugar, Organic Coconut Oil and Fragrance Oil which makes me so happy because it is so pure and so simple. I just took a scope and massaged it on my lips for around 30 to 45 seconds and wiped it away with a tissue. My lips felts so soft, smooth and hydrated after. I am so happy with the results. It was so nice to do a lip scrub on my lips and get all of the lip gloss and lipstick build up so to speak off my lips. So I am now scrubbing my lips each day I personally like to alternate AM and PM depending on how much lipstick or lip gloss I will be using that day. In all honesty sometimes its great to take the minute in the AM to scrub your lips because a matte lipstick goes on nice and smooth after using the Sweet Lavender Morning Lip Scrub and sometimes you want to exfoliate everything off your lips in the PM. Sweet Lavender Morning Body Scrubs & Body Butters

I am super excited today Beauty Bag Dolls to be sharing a very special review of a new brand to me and maybe to all of you  that I have fallen head over heals in love with. The Sweet Lavender Morning brand is a brand the makes body scrubs and body butters so well that I am beyond blown away! These are the best smelling first off and hydrating of course body scrubs and butters I have ever tried! I received four scents which are Macintosh Apple, Watermelon, Aloha Pineapple and Wild Poppy and Peaches. I received both the body scrub and body butter in the same scents and I cannot get enough. The Sweet Lavender Morning brand is my go to must have for body scrubs and butters. Please read on to learn more.

My beauty bag must haves for body care comes from Sweet Lavender Morning! Try their body scrubs and butters and you will know why I love them!

First off when the package arrived I could hardly wait to open it up and slather on some body butter and the first one I tried was the Macintosh Apple which smells like a slice Macintosh apple. I used the body butter immediately on my hands and arms and my skin drank it in immediately. The body butter sinks right in and deeply hydrates and moisturizes my skin. I must note was not left feeling sticky or oily just hydrated and soft. This by far is the best body butter around and I must note that The Sweet Lavender Morning really gets the scent just right and it is not overwhelming by any means, and do note an unscented is available as well as so many other scents. Link to the matching body scrub scent is here. I must say this is a very luxurious body butter that is thick and rich but sinks right into the skin leaving you velvety soft. The Sweet Lavender Morning Body Scrub is so good the only issue you will have is choosing which scent to open first I went with Aloha Pineapple and I have zero regrets! This scent smells like a tropical vacation but I get to have one each night that I choose to use a body scrub. I love a body scrub and The Sweet Lavender Morning is a full experience of sensory and luxury. You can smell good and feel good when using Aloha Pineapple because it goes to work with the sugar at exfoliating all the unwanted (this gets gross now) dead skin cells. I love using this all over and I focus on the knees and elbows just because they tend to be a little more dry. I love to use this each morning because after I get out of the shower I am left so soft and silky I don't need body butter and to be honest I love a good body butter each night so this works out perfectly. I love setting powder but finding a great one is now done since my Influenster voxbox arrived. The Urban Decay All Nighter Waterproof Setting Powder is amazing. This is an up to 11 hours wear setting powder that has for me personally delivered 15 hour wear. It is waterproof and helps to really set my makeup on hot days and rainy days. Truly feels weightless and blurs pores.
