It says to leave it on for 6 hours or over night. I use this over night and they are strong just so you know they don't come off on your pillow. In the morning you will be amazed! I woke up and went to take one off and after I peeled the first one away I could immediately see that they worked. The grossness from the zit was on the dot and the area where zit was, was no longer raised, red or iritated. My zit was gone and on its way to healing.
