Another great bake ware item I was sent complimentary to test and review from Nifty Home Products was the Expandable Cooling Rack (Item # EZ89) I love this cooling rack because I can make a small batch of cookies or cupcakes and cool them or a large batch and with expansion no cookie is left on the baking sheet all cookies cool evenly at the same time. It truly helps me in the kitchen making the entire baking process a breeze! Before this was in my life I was waiting to use the cooling rack now I can cool them all at the same time and it is non stick, disassembles for cleaning and has a space saving design for storage. Also dishwasher safe and expands to 35 length! I love it!
