This is a must have for any gym or beauty bag!

The first time I used this was after a workout. I have an issue with my shoulder it always aches after working out and I was happy to try out something that is easy to take with me to the gym to roll on after a workout. That is also another great thing about the Zim's Max Arnica it comes in a roll on formula which makes it so easy to use because you don't  get it all over your hands like other pain relief type products.
