The HUM Flawless+ Fearless arrives packaged perfectly in a 14 day trial pack. You take out a packet that house 2 Daily Cleanse Capsules and 2 OMG! softgels. On the back of the packet it tells you how to use and its so easy. You take the 2 Daily Cleanse without food and the 2 OMG Softgels with food. For me I woke up in the morning and after I brushed my teeth grabbed the packet took 2 Daily Cleanse without food because I don't eat breakfast until about 8AM or 8:30AM but I am up around 5:30 getting my day started. I drank them down with a bottle of water because I drink a bottle of water every morning while I workout! I took the 2 OMG! softgels around 12:30PM give or take a half hour because that is when I have lunch and those are the two you take with food. It is an easy thing for me to do because I love taking vitamins it something I have always done and if its something that is new to you or something you forget to take just set a reminder or an alarm on your phone. I took these everyday and by day 5 I was so impressed with how my skin looked so much brighter and by day 10 I had no new breakouts and my skin was healing! In fact by the end of the 14 days, I still had no new breakouts and wore less makeup because my skin was so clear that I didn't have anything to hide!
