I am in love with this product and it says you can use it twice a week and I do. It is truly a refreshing product. You just take the Rituals Hammam Body Mud on damp skin and rub it all over and rinse sometimes I do let it sit for 5 minutes and it goes deeper in helping to cleanse the skin. It never dries out my skin which is a must but it does reveal a more refreshed and purified. I must say it smells amazing, like a mint is the best way for me to describe it. While it has the gritty feeling to it since it is a scrub it is not harsh or too rough on the skin.  I love that it  feels invigorating for my skin and leaves it feeling clean and refreshed. I have glow to me after using the Rituals Hammam Body Mud  and for all the reason listed above this is a beauty bag must that is 5 $$$$$.
