When this arrived I was so excited. It was after work so I dug in and looked at what I could use immediately and after looking at it all I realized I could use almost everything that night. I started with the Sugar Cube Body Scrub by Bubble Bee. This was a great way to get the day off my skin right in the shower. It exfoliated my skin perfectly and left me feeling very smooth. It was also in a very convenient bar form like a soap bar so I wasn't dipping my hands into a jar. After getting out of the shower I wanted to try the Daily Dose Omega Butter by Susan & Me. It was such an important product for me to try since my elbows and heals were feeling particularly dry and dehydrated I slathered on this creamy butter onto those areas and my skin drank it in. I say that with great excitement because most hyaluronic acid serums I have tried in the past were irritating but not the Neutrogena Hydro Boost. The Inkey List Hyaluronic Acid Face Serum

Hello to all of my Beauty Bag Dolls and Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and a beautiful New Year! I am back after stepping away from posting blogs, not to worry I have been testing products and note taking as always however right before the holidays and through my Birthday in January I had to take time to spend time with family and celebrate as well as I recently got promoted at work which meant more work and responsibility which I had to take time to adjust my schedule! I am not excusing my recent absence from my blog posting just letting you know why I had lagged behind. The Inkey List Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum beyond impressed me. My skin was feeling dry and dull and I have been looking for that something extra this winter that would help with hydration and with fine lines. Thankfully this came into my life because it has hydrated and plumped my skin. I saw results in just two days and after two weeks I had a reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. I followed this serum with moisturizer and I never looked back. The price point is beyond impressive! My only negative is the packaging is odd and can cause you to use too much but you get used to it after a few uses so its not a deal breaker.

CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser Bar

So its not secret I can get lost on beauty websites and inside the stores of Ulta and Sephora for hours at a time. I also enjoy spending some time in the aisles of Nordstrom, Macys, Target and local drug store to look at what beauty product are out there. I compare drug store product to mid range and high end products but I never discriminate because of price. My favorite find is one that works and I was thrilled to pick up CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser Bar. The brand is on Ulta.com however I wanted more variety so I went to my local Target Store and found the exact product I was looking for. Read on to learn more.

A great hydrating cleansing bar! 

             

I was looking for a soap bar type product that I would be able to use on my face, neck and chest while in the shower. I found the CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser Bar for dry to normal skin which describes my neck and chest perfectly. This claims to lock in moisture, has ceramides and hyaluronic acid. I was intrigued grabbed it for only $5.99 (total bargain compared to cleaners I usually buy). I used it the night I brought it home and I was thrilled. I removed my eye makeup then used this on my wet face and neck worked it into a lather and this really got everything off without any irritation. My skin felt and looked clean and soft. I put it to the test when I followed up with a toner and a little makeup was left behind so do follow up with a favorite toner type product to make sure you have removed all of your makeup. It was not overly hydrating so I still followed up with my normal skin care routine. I will use this from time to time on my face however I will use it daily on my neck and chest because it keeps my skin feeling soft without any irritation which was exactly what I was looking for. For those reasons this is a 5 $$$$$ and a beauty bag must.

Purity of Elements Pore-Minimizing Clay Mask and the Purity of Elements Radiance Face Serum I love these both! Beauty Bags musts that make a true difference in your skin!

The first product I decided to try was the Purity of Elements Pore Minimizing Clay Mask. I love a good mask and this one minimizes pores so it is a must for me since I have some visible pores. I must say it absolutely delivered results after my first use. It when on and I relaxed for 20 minutes as instructed. Next I tried the Purity of Elements Radiance Face Serum. I love a serum and I have struggle to find just the right one until now. The Purity of Elements Radiance Face Serum helps diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles all while restoring radiance for a luminous even complexion. I do have fines lines and I have issues with my skin not looking so luminous and even because of the acne scars. When I think of serum I just dread it because the ones I have tried are heavy & tacky. I have also always waited forever for them to fully absorb but not this one! The Purity of Elements Radiance Serum is different. It glides onto the skin and your skin drinks it in fully absorbing it immediately after contact. It was so gentle and soothing to be honest with you I immediately had no issues I even brought it up and around my eye area where my fine lines are forming and it did not irate me at all in fact my fine lines had smoothed out after about one week of using this serum both morning and night after cleansing.
