 Beauty Bag Dolls I have been missing you all and I have been super busy with work life but I really has not stopped me from my usual buying and trying makeup and skincare products. I have just been delayed a little bit on posting. I am always visiting Ulta and Sephora to shop new products and restock on my favorites. Earlier this month I went to Ulta on a restock shopping trip (honestly I visit Ulta almost every week to buy new stuff that launches) however once a month I dedicate a restock trip usually in the  first 10 days of the month and on a warm fall day earlier this month I went in to buy some serum which I was out of, a setting spray in travel size, nail care products and a foundation stick. It was only supposed to be those products but of course I end up walking out with a travel size mascara previously reviewed for you here , sunless tanner and a new mask that I had hear about and never tried! The Boscia Charcoal Pore Pudding Mask. I always wanted this mask but for some reason never tried it until now! I have been using this twice a week for 3 weeks now and I am really loving it. The  Boscia Charcoal Pore Pudding Mask is described by Boscia as a "detoxify, refine and minimize the appearance of pores with a powerfully effective Activated Black Charcoal and Binchotan White Charcoal Powder wash-off treatment mask. The powerful duo deeply decongests by removing dirt, oil and impurities without over-drying and irritating." As a person with oily skin that is acne prone I was so excited to try this mask out. Finding something that is gentle and effective that will not irritate my skin and make acne worse is always welcomed. I applied this mask on my clean dry skin the day I brought this home and I love the pudding like consistency. It glides on easily and dries down after about 15 minutes the biggest difference with this charcoal mask that  I noticed is after rinsing it off with warm water and my makeup eraser my skin felt soft and hydrated not dried out and tight like with some other charcoal mask. My skin was also very bright and my pores were shrunken. I also love how even the next day my skin was soft, hydrated and bright. I highly recommend this mask and give it 5 $$$$$ it is a beauty bag must have!

bareMinerals Superfruit Mask Duo- Limited Edition

 Hello to all of my Beauty Bag Dolls. I have been using masks a lot I have not really incorporated anything new into my mask routine since the Philosophy Purity Made Simple Pore Extractor but you know me and my love for using masks I had to grab some when I was shopping for foundation on bareminerals.com The bareMinerals Supefruit Mask Duo which is limited edition caught my eye pretty quickly for several reason. The are vegan and there are two. One is cranberry and one is blueberry. I had to try it and this is what I found. (Now after incorporating this into my routine I went searching online and found a new clay mask to incorporate and I am starting that this week with a review to come soon).

This mask duo is skin savoir! The cranberry exfoliates while the blueberry mask perfectly hydrates.

These two masks from bareMinerals are masks I didn't know I needed until I had them in my mask rotation. The Cranberry one is exfoliation but it is the most gentle one I have ever had yet very effective. I kept it on anywhere from the recommended 10 minutes to up to about 15 and my skin was so super soft and glowing after removing.  No stinging or burning even if you have the most sensitive skin you can use this.

The Blueberry Mask was amazing. I kept that one on each time for at least 15 minutes sometimes 20 and when I removed my skin was soft, supple, hydrated and had bounce to it like it added the hydration and moisture my skin  needed.  I would follow up with the bareMinerals serum and moisturizer I have full review here. After each of these masks at night and my skin was positively beautiful each morning.

The Naked Beauty Box Subscription- November 2020

 My favorite subscription box arrived and I was so excited for each product because I knew they were all so good for my skin type which you all know is acne prone and sensitive. I looked at everything and realized that evening I could use at least two maybe three products and I immediately started with the Speak Collective Lip Balm which is my newest must have because it helped right away with my dry lips by quickly moisturizing and not needing to reapply 15 minutes later instead I did not need again until after dinner. I am so in love with this lip balm I am purchasing a few for myself to have all around the house and at work as well as for stocking stuffers this holiday season. Quick note the packing it comes in is made of paper and is recyclable. The next product I wanted to use was a mask but I had to choose between two I decided to go with the Plant Based Avacado and Algea Mask since after reading it I could see that it brightens complexion softens and hydrates the skin as wells as detoxes and clears the skin which after looking at my face I could use. After following the directions I could absolutely see the difference in my skin. It was bright and the redness was calmed. I am very happy with this mask and I have put this on my repurchase list before I run out. That night before bed and after the rest of my skincare routine I decided to attack a pimple or two i had on my chin by using the Nourish & Co Spot Treatment. I rolled it around on my face since it comes in a roller bottle form and then I repeated that process in the AM and PM the following day I noticed that my two little problems were gone! This is an absolute winner and I have already placed an order so that I have one I keep in my purse and this one is at home for any little pop up pimple. On Tuesday I decided I needed to use the MidFlower Binchotan Charcoal Mask and in this months The Naked Beauty Box gives you two of them and I am so happy they did because this for me has helped with my large pores and acne by minimizing both and leaving me feeling hydrated and my skin is so soft and supple. I gave my skin a Wednesday off from any masks because I do like to do them almost everyday of the week anyone who reads this blog of mine knows I am a mask lover even a little addicted (thank you so much for reading and sticking with me on this journey). When this arrived I could be happier and then I had to choose which mask I wanted to try first since I am such a mask obsessive person and upon looking at both I decided that that evening my skin could really use the Limese Brightening & Glow Up Mask. This mask is a sheet mask you wear for around 20 minutes on clean dry skin and then pat in the remaining essence. My skin felt really soft and glowing. This is also very friendly for my acne prone skin since it reduces redness and pore size. I loved it and will be ordering a few more. That same night I decided I would give the Voesh Gloves a try. I have used hand gloves before but these are by far superior because they have a great fit and feel awesome on my hands. The Orglamix Turmeric Mask was one I could not wait to try because it it is a scrub and mask in one which means I get to do two parts on my routine in one step and this mask fights acne, scars and brightens dull skin. I have been looking at my skin and it has been a little dull lately. This is only a 10 minutes mask you can use 3 times a week but wow I saw the difference after one use. My skin was instantly brighter and glowing. After my third treatment I could see acne scars fading to nothing which was a total surprise and no new pimples had appeared due to Maskne-acne from wearing face covering for Covid-19 protection. The day The Naked Beauty Box June 2020 arrived I knew I was in love because I knew each product included was something I actually could use and did use within two days of its arrival. As I mentioned I was so happy to see this in my mailbox when it arrived and I needed a nice little pick me up spa day so I gravitated toward the Soon Skin Biocellulose Mask and after cleansing my skin I applied this sheet mask and just relaxed for 20 minutes while this went to work with the vitamins A, C and E along with antioxidant rich co-enxymeQ10. That's right they are launching a new mask and it doesn't drop until January 1, 2020 but I have a first look at this just dropped product and let me tell you its something you absolutely need if your like me and suffer from dry winter skin! It felt hydrated and glowed. It was also so very soft I did not want to wash it to take away the softness and clarity. F-Balm was doing its job and each night I used it to only see better results. Throughout the day my skin didn't loose its hydration, it still felt soft versus the tightness I had been feeling before starting to use F-Balm each night. For the first time in my life my skin was neither oily nor dry it was just soft and dewy! This is my honest review from Sephora.com  This mask is everything to me. As a person with acne prone oily skin I am always using a different mask to help combat or prevent breakouts. I have been using the Lancer Clarifying Detox Mask with Green Tea + 3% Sulfur for just shy under a month and WOW, I am impressed. As directed you can use it 3 times a week as a full face mask or on particular areas that are oily or acne prone. When it arrived my skin was doing well so I used it all over 3 times a week and my skin was doing well. My pores were not congested and looked better than ever. I also noticed a great improvement in the redness in my cheeks. I recently had a bit of a breakout and panicked because it was before a meeting at work were I needed to present. I immediately grabbed the Lancer Detox Mask and spotted it along my jaw line and T-Zone were the breakout was beginning. I did this on a Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday and by Friday when my meeting was happening my pimples were gone. They had appeared to dry up and just disappear. I have never got rid of my pimples in under just 3 or 4 days until now. It helped with the pain, redness and just impressed me! I highly recommend the Lancer Detox Mask with Green Tea + 3% Sulfur and I have sensitive skin and had no issues with burning or stinging.

This time I am thrilled to be bring you a review of their amazing phytoDEFEND Purifying Clay Mask. I am a huge mask fan and this one is added to my must have list. My skincare routine is very important to me and the mask part of my routine is a daily thing. The ApotheCARE Essentials Purifying Clay Mask is made with Persian silk tree bark and white  willow bark. This mask is seriously good so read on to learn more.

The texture of this mask is like no other its so luxe I love it and your skin will feel so soft and glow! I use ApotheCARE Essentials Purifing mask twice a week to keep my pores clean and healthy!

It is super light and whipped up but after you apply a layer it does dry down quite nicely on your skin leaving it feeling tight. It has a scent which I want to note because I know some people do not like scent. For me its not a bother because its on you skin for around 10 minutes but no more than 12 for it to dry down and then as you rinse you will feel exfoliating like beads that I did not notice as I applied it. It felt really nice and rinsed clean leaving my oily skin not dry but tight and matte. My pores were smaller immediately and I used this twice a week and saw a reduction in my pores. My skin is also brighter and so soft and supple. According to ApotheCARE Essentials PhytoDefend Purifying Clay Mask "draws out environmental toxins and pore clogging oil for clearer, fresher and healthier looking skin." I can absolutely attest to the claims because my skin looks and feels so amazing! I am in love with this brand and I am adding more and more of their products into my routine and the ApotheCARE Essentials Purifying Clay Mask is one of them for sure with a 5 $$$$$ and EXTRA LOVE FROM ANNA!
