Morphe Sudden Heat Creamy Bronzer Stick

Hello to my Beauty Bag Doll's! I am extremely excited to bring you a review of a new product that I recently purchased at Ulta Beauty. I went in to buy a few thing to restock on and the Morphe display caught my eye. Particularly two products and the Morphe Sudden Heat Creamy Bronzer Stick was something I knew I not only wanted but needed because I was at Ulta Beauty to repurchase the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand. I have been using that for contour for a very long time and I paid $42.00 without complaint until I saw the Morphe display and their bronzing stick is $15. I know what your thinking is is as good quality as the Charlotte Tilbury. Yes it is so good! It comes in 5 shades and the Charlotte Tilbury comes in 7 shades. Yes I do think Morphe needs to expand and they actually have since I purchased mine in a version called Morphe Shapelifter Micro Contour Stick in 7 shades. 

The Morphe Sudden Heat Creamy Bronzer Stick is a Beauty Bag Must-have!

I am not going to base my entire review on comparing the Morphe Sudden Heat Creamy Bronzer Stick to Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand because to me they both give you the contouring effect you are looking for just a different price points and different applications. I will leave it at that. I am loving the Morphe Sudden Heat Creamy Bronzer Stick so much that I did not purchase the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand that day. I went home tried the Morphe Sudden Heat Creamy Bronzer Stick and fell in love. The formula is so creamy that it glides onto the skin and melts after you blend it, I prefer a brush to blend it with. It leaves this very beautiful snatched effect. I choose the lightest shade called Flicker because I knew it would give me the contour perfection if I am wearing my summer shade of foundation or my fall/ winter shade of foundation. I am very impressed and happy with the quality of this formula for the price point. After using this daily for 6 weeks I am beginning to see I need a repurchase soon so it is on my list. 

The shade Flicker is perfect for me. 

I did want to mention that I had the 20% off friends and family discount for Sephora this week and I did repurchase the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand because I was saving money but without the discount I would have not repurchased it. I will now keep both in my Beauty Bag but will only be purchasing the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand with my discount code when I have one and only if it is completely empty other that that the Morphe Sudden Heat Creamy Bronzer Stick is honestly a better formula because I used it with different types of foundations and it never caused my foundation to pill like the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand does sometimes. Only honesty here.

 Happy Summer Beauty Bag Dolls! I am thrilled to be welcoming Summer and there is no better way to do so then by bringing you a review of a new sunscreen that got to try out for a while. Hero Cosmetics launched a sunscreen called Force Shield. It is a Superlight Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 30. It is sold on the Hero Cosmetics website and at Ulta Beauty for $19.99. I want to note this is a 100% mineral sunscreen.

It has a green tint yet blends out like a dream and does not leave a white cast. This is the best SPF for my acne prone skin. It protects against the sun without breaking me out. It protects against the sun without breaking me out. It absorbs quickly and wears well underneath makeup. It does not pill at all and can be your primer before makeup or wear it alone every day, not just during the summer months. Give this SPF a try it's not like any other.

The green tint helps with redness!

Juvia's Place Blushed Cream Blush

 Hello Beauty Bag Doll's! I am happy to be back after a bit of an intermission. I have been super busy but I have still been testing several products that I have purchased over that past month or so. This new blush is one of them. The Juvia's Place Blushed Cream Blush caught my eye several weeks ago on a restock trip to Ulta Beauty and I walked away and then regretted it so went back to buy it the next week and I have not stopped using it since. I rarely change up my blush, but this one has officially got me. I now layer my Blush or just wear this beautiful shade Peach Please alone. For me to change my blush and for it not to be a pink shade but a gorgeous peachy coral is really big. I try a lot of blushes and they all fail me but this one. The Juvia's Place Blushed Cream Blush in shade Peach Please is a must-have and it costs $16.00 and you can buy it in store or online at Ulta Beauty. I think everyone is sleeping on this blush and it's not talked about on social media enough. I have posted a review on Ulta.com because I adore this blush so much. I will post my review below.

The best new blush I have tried and incorporated into my makeup routine in a long time! Juvia's Place Blushed Cream Blush is a beauty bag must have!

This is an absolutely beautiful blush. I have it in the shade, Peach Please, and it is creamy, bendable, and perfectly pigmented.  I will say it is buildable, so do not be intimidated by the shades. They are so good. Juvia's Place is really a top-notch brand. I have already gotten more shades of the blush and will not be without it.

Dior Addict Lip Glow

 Aloha Beauty Bag Dolls! I hope all of you are doing great! I greet you with Aloha because I am thinking warm thoughts because as I write this the east coast is getting a lot of snow and bitter cold so warm beaches are in my thoughts right about now. So my Birthday was last week and several of my Sephora purchases arrived the day before and a few arrived in the days after. I am still testing out a new moisturizer and I got myself a new foundation. While those two products are still in the process of being tested I can already tell you my lip product addiction ( as well as foundation) is real but the Dior Addict Lip Glow is just what I needed. This is a $40 Colour Reviving PH- Activated Hydrating Lip Balm. While I love the YSL Candy Glaze Lip Gloss Stick the Dior Addict Lip Glow is different. I am such a big fan that I did go and write a review on Sephora.com so I will share that below. I also did redeem my Birthday gift from Sephora and did decide to get the Makeup By Mario Lip Kit which I also highly recommend and will purchase full size products. Read on my for my review:

The formula is perfection and the Shade is gorgeous!

The packaging is luxurious.

This is a beautiful lip glow just as Dior named it. The shade 007 Raspberry is just perfect. It gives your lips a subtle yet vibrant color because it is PH- Activated to give you your perfect shade. It is a soft, smooth texture that leaves your lips very hydrated. There is no need to constantly reapply  because your lips will feel moisturized for a few hours before needing to reapply. I am a Dior Addict Lip Glow lover. I highly recommend  this to everyone.

Matrix Food For Soft Hair Oil Serum

Aloha Beauty Bag Dolls I am thrilled to be bringing you a review of a new haircare product from Matrix. I am one who has been using some of the same few products in my hair for a few months now and I began to notice my hair wasn't feeling the same so I jumped on the chance to try out the Matrix Food For Soft Oil Serum. This bottle is 1.69 ounces and is sold at Ulta Beauty for $31.00 and it is worth every penny. I am going to be repuchasing it at the 21 days of Beauty sale at Ulta as well as the companion mask. BzzAgent sent this to me complimentary in exchange for my honest review. I am so glad they did because it is a product I didn't know I needed until I used it. The Matrix Food For Soft Oil just what my hair needed and I did not know it until I started using it. I use this after shampooing and conditioning on fairly damp hair and my hair drinks it in without making it heavy, oily or greasy. After styling and drying my hair feels so soft and bouncy. The smell is not overpowering powering just light and sweet. I also use a few drops on my second day hair to tame frizz and it does the trick again never making my hair feel greasy. I will never be without this water like lightweight hair oil. It is on my repurchase list and I recommended it to friends and family.

This is the best hair oil on the market right now it is water like yet effective at taming frizz!!

e.l.f. Power Grip Primer

This is a brush from Eco Tools you need. The Blurring Powder Brush is what I reach for when I am using a setting powder or a pressed foundation and I am looking for a more natural finish. The brush is soft and lays down a great amount of product. It also washes well if you clean it weekly. Highly recommend this brush.

I am very wowed by this Precision Concealer brush from Eco Tools. I use it to help hide my blemishes with concealer and a high-quality brush makes all the difference in laying down an even amout of concealer. This brush help to tap it in and blends it out beautifully. The Eco Tools brand has the best brushes.

The best duo out there! I have just what I need in this set. The brush is great and lets me apply my liquid or powder foundation with ease never leaving the weird brush stroke lines other brushes do and the blender helps to keep the application even and longwear. My makeup looks perfect and performs better when I use this high-quality duo from EcoTools. 

This Eco Tools Silicone Body Scrubber is something you don't know you need until after you use it. The Silicone Body Scrubber is gentle yet effective at exfoliating your skin leaving it soft and smooth not stripped or dry. I am so happy that this works in a gentle manner to exfoliate your skin, its must-have!

I am loving this It Cosmetics Confidence in a Gel Cream Oil Control moisturizer. It has brought hydration to my  combination (more oily)prone acne prone skin. While my skin is oily it does lack moisture and finding a moisturizer has been difficult until I started using this moisturizer. It has balanced and plumped my skin without one single breakout. My skin is soft and supple and I recommend this to anyone with combination, oily or acne prone skin types. It also helps with the fine lines which is an absolute need and something I never experienced before. It Cosmetics is superior skincare!

Benefit Cosmetics Fan Fest Fanning & Volumizing Mascara

 Hello to all of my Beautiful Beauty Bag Dolls! I hope that all of you have enjoyed your summer and are soaking up every last second of it. I am thrilled to be bringing you a review of a brand new mascara. This is a rare review for me because I have not been impressed by any new mascaras in a very long time. I brought you reviews of Ilia Beauty mascara,  PUR Cosmetics mascara, Lancome Idol mascara and Grande Cosmetics primer over the two years. I have tried a few in-between that but they were awful so I stuck with Ilia, Lancome and Grande Cosmetics. I have repurchased those three countless times. I stuck with PUR until in my opinion the formula changed and I just did not reach for it anymore. I am a girl who loves a mascara that not only curls the lashes but volumizes and lengthens and when Benefit Cosmetics launched this mascara earlier this month I was on a mission to buy it and try it. I finally found it and here are my thoughts.

The Benefit Cosmetics Fan Fest Fanning & Volumizing Mascara comes in two sizes. The Mini for $15 and full size for $28. Now as I thought about the mascara I already own all full size and a mini in Lancome for travel I decided I still have a long vacation I am taking starting lthis weekend so the best thing for me was to add a mini Benefit Cosmetics Fan Fest Fanning & Volumizing Mascara to Bag and see how it goes. Best decision I made. I got try this amazing mascara right away and fall for it hard and I am packing it in my Beauty Bag for vacation. This mascara makes my eye lashes look beautiful. It fans them out separating each lash and curls the up to touch my eyebrows. The volume and length that this mascara adds is giving my top 2 mascara a run for its money. It is truly longwear wear and never flakes. I am only taking this one on vacation with me because while it's not water proof it does not budge until you eat to take it off. Splurge or Save: Drunk Elephant VS Neutrogena

 Happy Saturday Beauty Bag Dolls I am back with a Splurge or save post for you and it is from two of my favorite brands Drunk Elephant versus Neutrogena. The two products are one's that I use all the time and I have reviewed both on my blog and I am a longtime user (I have been using it for four years) of the Splurge product Drunk Elephant T.L.C.  Sukari Babyfacial and I have been using the Save product Neutrogena Skin Glowing Facial Treatment for a year now. Now while the two products are very similar and for me do the the same thing, exfoliate my skin Weekly and both leave my skin feeling soft and deeply cleansed, each have positives and negatives. The Drunk Elephant is powered by Chickpea flour and is 25% AHA and 2% BHA which is relatively high and leaves skin very red compared to the Neutrogena which is 15% AHA/PHA Blend. This one leaves slightly pink for about 30 minutes whereas Drunk Elephant leaves red for over an hour. Drunk Elephant also burns for about 5 minutes of the 20 minutes you have it on for. Neutrogena is about 2 minutes of tingling and you rinse off after 15 minutes. While everyone's experience will be different with skin discomfort while using a facial treatment I am here to let you know if I think you should spend $20 for the Neutrogena at Ulta or spend $80 at Ulta or Sephora for Drunk Elephant. 

My honest opinion on this Splurge or Save battle is to buy the Save first and see how it works out its what I would do if I didn't fall for Drunk Elephant first. The results are the same but the Drunk Elephant version is clean beauty. My solution to this Splurge Versus Save situation is instead of buying the Drunk Elephant 4 times a year or once each season I now buy it twice a year and I buy the Neutrogena twice a year and one week I will use Drunk Elephant Babyfacial and the next week Neutrogena Skin Glowing Facial Treatment. However if my skin care budget ever changed I know the Save product Neutrogena is a drugstore find that works well.
